Who are Anglian Water Direct?
Anglian Water Direct is a commercial business unit of Anglian Water Services Ltd, one of the UK's leading water and wastewater companies. We trade under the Anglian Water Direct brand so that our customers can distinguish the products and services we provide from the core water and wastewater services provided by Anglian Water Services.
Who are Homeserve?
Homeserve Membership Ltd is a separate company from Anglian Water and is one of the UK’s leading providers of insured domestic emergency services. Anglian Water Direct works in partnership with Homeserve to provide Anglian Water customers with a range of excellent value insurance products. Anglian Water Services Ltd is an appointed representative of Homeserve GB Ltd for insurance mediation activity. Homeserve Membership Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Why do you keep sending me letters?
Anglian Water Direct markets Homeserve Emergency Insurance Products to customers as we believe the products provide an excellent service in the event of an emergency affecting homeowners’ plumbing and drainage systems. There is no obligation to take out cover with Homeserve – we send letters to customers to advertise the products and point out the benefits customers could obtain if they take out cover. If you would like us to remove your details from our marketing database please complete our marketing opt out form.
Where did you get my name/address from?
Anglian Water has provided name and address data to Homeserve since November 2007 to help improve the accuracy of mailings sent to our customers. However, Homeserve also purchases customer data from external agencies in order to ensure customers get mailings most appropriate for their needs. External agencies may compile their Consumer Database from a variety of sources, including the Electoral Register. If you would like your details to be removed from Homeserve’s marketing database, please email us and we will ensure this is done.
