Remove your details from our marketing database
If you have received a recent marketing letter from Anglian Water Direct or one of our partner companies and do not want to receive further mailings, please complete our marketing opt-out form. We will ensure your details are immediately removed from our marketing database.
However, due to the lead times between a marketing campaign being prepared and being delivered to customers there may be one or two mailings which have already been printed and are awaiting delivery. Unfortunately it is not possible to prevent these from being sent - but after 4-6 weeks you will receive no further mailings.
Mailing Preference Service
In addition to removing your details from our marketing database, you may also wish to register your details with the Mailing Preference Service. This is a free service funded by the direct mail industry to enable consumers to have their names and home addresses removed from marketing lists used by the industry. Unaddressed Mail
Please note that we also send unpersonalised mailings addressed to “The Homeowner”. These are delivered to all properties in a postcode area by the Royal Mail and we are unable to prevent these from being delivered to individual properties. If you wish to stop this door to door activity, please write to the Royal Mail at the address below:
