HomeServe Product Enhancements

Having worked with HomeServe for over 30 years to provide home emergency cover to customers within the Anglian Water Region, we’re pleased to share that they have released a series of enhancements to their three core products.

This means that all customers, new and existing, will now get an enhanced repair experience – should the need for a repair occur. These improvements reflect their ongoing commitment to quality and delivering good customer outcomes, and they’re designed to keep us competitive in the market.

So, what’s changing?

Starting on the 4th August for new and existing customers the following improvements to the claims experience were rolled out:

Plumbing and drainage insurance: HomeServe are tackling common issues with bathroom sealants. Where existing sealants around baths, showers, and basins have failed, they will now replace them. In addition, they will now be replacing magnetic heating system filters if the existing one is leaking or causing a breakdown.

Increased Claims Value: In even more good news, the claims value for most of HomeServe’s products has increased - from £4,000 to £8,000. This allows HomeServe to ensure even greater support is available to our customers when they need it most.

If you’re already a policy holder, renewal letters detailing these changes began to be circulated on 30th June.
